Delivery Information
Delivery Info Free delivery to all addresses within the mainland UK. For addresses outside of the UK Please contact us for delivery charges.
Deliveries are made by Parcelforce and take 2-3 days. For a 24hour service please contact us(Charges Apply)
When your goods arrive it is important that you check that the items are in good condition and the quantity of items received corresponds to the quantity you are signing for. In the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us immediately in order that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience. Please inform us promptly of any shortages so that we may take the matter up with our couriers and trace the missing items. We must emphasise the importance of checking your goods thoroughly at the time of delivery as you are signing for them in good condition. Please make sure they are.
Refunds & Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do this at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods for a full refund. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 14 day period and return the goods undamaged, in their original packaging and in a salable condition. You the purchaser will be responsible for return carriage costs, unless the returned goods prove defective or faulty through no fault of your own, in which case we will refund the return transport costs in full. Only after we receive the returned goods in a salable condition can we refund the value of the goods in full.
